2026 Pembroke Community Expo Registration

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Pembroke Community Expo!

This year's event is Friday, May 8 from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday, May 9 from 9 a.m.*-3 p.m. at the Pembroke Memorial Centre and continues to be a showcase of all the things our community has to offer.

Please allow two business days from your registration submission to receive your invoice.

*Based on feedback, and to make our event more inclusive, we will have a low-stimulant hour from 9-10 a.m. on Saturday.

Vendor Category

The City of Pembroke and non-Pembroke business categories include businesses with commercial storefronts as well as home-based businesses that are not direct sales (MLM-style) businesses.

Direct sales businesses select that specific category. Spaces are limited in this category and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

Non-Pembroke business ($155 +HST per 10x10 booth)

Direct sales business [MLM-style business] ($105 +HST per 8x12 upstairs promenade booth)

Indigenous business ($105 +HST per 10x10 booth)

Non-profit/charity (in-kind donation; setup on main floor or upstairs promenade as spacing dictates)

Young entrepreneur (free registration; ages 29 and younger with setup in the Youth Market on the promenade)

City of Pembroke business outdoor booth ($205 +HST per 10x20 booth)

Non-Pembroke business outdoor booth ($305 +HST per 10x20 booth)

Indigenous business outdoor booth ($205 +HST per 10x20 booth)

Booth requirements

Indoor main floor booth spaces are 10'x10'. Indoor upstairs promenade spaces are 8'x12'.

Outdoor booth spaces are 10'x20'.

Tables (x1) and chairs (x2) are included in the vendor fee.

Hydro access is an additional $20. Outdoor hydro access is very limited and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Indication of need of hydro is required at registration for both payment and layout placement planning.
