When you attend a Pembroke Business Social, you enter an environment where photography, audio, and video recording, may take place.
By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or streamed. You grant the City of Pembroke, its representatives, and designated partners the right to capture, reproduce, use, and distribute these images and recordings in any format—print, digital, broadcast, or social media—now or in the future. These materials may be used for event promotion, publicity, or any other purpose deemed appropriate by the City of Pembroke and its affiliates. You release the City of Pembroke and all involved parties from any liability related to these activities.
By attending, you waive any rights to compensation or royalties for the use of your image or likeness, regardless of the purpose or platform. You also waive the right to inspect or approve any photos, videos, or recordings taken by the City of Pembroke or its designated representatives.
Your entry to the event premises confirms your understanding and agreement to this notice.
